How does it work?
Our process is simple - We take on properties on a long term lease, take care of the upkeep and maintenance of the property whist ensuring the landlord receives a guaranteed rent each month.
When you introduce a rental property to 360, you will:
- Receive an introductory fee from us.
- Two months’ rent upfront in addition to the deposit.
- Receive a decision on whether we will take the property within 24 hours of viewing a property.
- Peace of mind knowing that you are letting to a company run by professional accredited Landlords.
- Benefit from reduced maintenance costs due to our programme of preventative maintenance and weekly professional cleaning.
- Receive regular photographic condition reports of the property
We require:
- 3 bed+ properties in West London, Middlesex and Berkshire. If you have a property elsewhere that you think may be of interest please do get in touch as we sometimes take on properties outside of these areas.
- No more than 10 minutes walk to a station or less than 5 minutes walk to a bus stop
- A separate lounge or a large open plan kitchen such that both a dining table and lounge area can be accommodated (Sometimes a breakfast bar can serve the purpose of the dining table)
- A property that either has an HMO license, doesn’t need one, or where the landlord is willing to apply for one. As standard we will pay the HMO license fee if given a five year contract
- A minimum of a three year lease on unfurnished properties
- White goods (Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and fridge freezer)
